A WSET-aligned wine variety dataset, admin portal and consumer taste profiler, built to support a Master of Wine's wine school. Research-grounded calibration anchors, LLM-assisted profile generation, blind-tasting drills and a personal tasting log.

A production cryptocurrency market data lakehouse for quantitative research, compliance and analytics. Ingests live trades from three crypto exchanges via custom feed handlers, stores 33M+ rows across Redpanda, ClickHouse (warm) and Iceberg (cold), and serves sub-second analytical queries.
